Spend an afternoon with flowers, portraits, and new faces. Bring yourself, a loved one, or a small group to create a wearable floral piece lead by Hallie of Miminka followed up with a unique outdoor portrait session with Gina of G.E. Creative. Whether you need a new dating profile photo, a new portrait of you and a loved one to display on your shelf, or just BECAUSE... we're here to have a great day with you. Join us on either Sunday August 6th or September 10th. Each time slot is for one and a half hours, but if you finish early or a little late, we're flexible. No need to bring anything except your lovely self and spend a couple hours with us as you work with flowers and have your portrait taken in a beautiful park featuring a network of trails and a picturesque boardwalk. We'll have all the tools and instructions, but feel free to bring snacks and beverages and turn your experience into a little picnic if you'd like. Dexterity will be involved, but your instructor will be there to assist. Each time slot has a maximum of six attendees. If you plan to attend with a small group, it's best to book your space in advance. This will take place in a sheltered pavilion, so it will be fine if there's intermittent light rain. (Overcast always makes for the best photos!) If it's scheduled to thunderstorm throughout the day, we will reschedule shortly after. Attendees will be emailed prior to the event to ensure their needs are met and questions are answered.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least seven days before the class so we can fill your slot. Any cancellations with less than 7 days notice will only be refunded 50% of class costs. IMPORTANT: Any cancellations with less than 24 notice will NOT be refunded. (Gear, tools, fresh-cut floral, staffing, logistics, etc. are all factors in this decision.)
